Picnic to Joygaon (9th and 10th February, 2023)
On the 9th and 10th of February, students of classes VI-VII and class VIII-IX, XI respectively, visited Joygaon Picnic Park- Jhajjar along with their teachers.
Buses left from school after a word of prayer and reached the venue by 10 am. The students were welcomed with a drum to enhance the excitement of the visitors even before they entered the park.
The students had the park to themselves where they enjoyed various rides like the Columbus, a toy train, zipline and even got to experience a 7D movie with their friends. When they felt like hydrating, they had options like jaljeera and lemonade to make sure no unpleasant incidents took place. The breakfast and lunch was delicious, and after a few activities, were devoured by the young ones. The students enjoyed the chance to go out with their school friends and were delighted to see a side of their teachers where they weren’t being told to sit down and study. The trip back to school was as energetic and joyous as the trip in the morning with students singing happily and munching on various goodies packed the night before.
Upon reaching, the parents extended their heartfelt gratitude to the 35 teachers for taking such good care of their children. The parents also appreciated the teachers for looking after a total of 571 students out of the safe school environment could not have been an easy task. The teachers too had a good time with their children and could bravely say that their bond was much better after a successful and fun filled trip.
