MATRIX ECOMM SYMPOSIUM 2019

The 19th edition of the much awaited Bro. Aloysius Matrix Ecomm Symposium was conducted on 17th August 2019. Jointly hosted by the Matrix Clan and the Ecommbuzz clubs, the event brought together the best minds of Delhi under a single roof to battle it out in a full blown war of technology, and economics. The Chief Guest for the event was Mr Noushad Alam, cofounder of Axis Bank. The event began with the lighting of the lamp and the Chief Guest’s address. After the opening Ceremony, the students proceeded to the various venues for their respective events. 1. Symposium: “Instead of Thinking Out of the Box, Get Rid of the Box” 2. Quizzard: “Cheating in quiz is like plagiarizing a comic strip, isn’t it? 3. Programming: “Unparalleled focus. Not every battle can be won by a few keys, or can it?” 4. Brand Ad : “Creativity without strategy is called art; creativity with strategy is called advertising” 5. Unanimity: “This entire world is just a bad render” 6. Pitch perfect: “The value of an idea lies in the using of it.” 7. Gaming: “Games, the only legal place to kill stupid people.” 8. Diorama : ‘Your image is our focus’ 9. Matrix Mind craft: “Choose your pill. Red or blue?” The event was successful in bringing together individuals with a passion for all avenues of technology and economics. It was a great experience as the plethora of events provided the students with an opportunity to showcase their skills and talents. As this year’s event came to an end, the winners of the various events were awarded, and the students left the auditorium having at least learnt something, if not won. Weeks of preparation and hard work had borne fruit as the curtain fell to another grand success.
