Although our Foundation Day was on February 2nd, we celebrated it with great enthusiasm and zeal on February 3rd!
Today, we commemorated the rich history and legacy of Mount St. Mary’s School with a special assembly!
We welcomed our esteemed guests, including Shri Himanshu Gupta (IAS), Col Robins Mathew, Col Puneet Dutta, and Mr. Rajendra Pawar (DEO).
We offered prayers and sang prayer songs, including a prayer for Patrician Brothers and MSM.
Our students showcased their talents through cultural performances, including an Irish dance performance.
We screened video presentations on the Sesquicentennial year of Patrician Brothers in India and MSM’s association with defence.
A special Sesquicentennial celebration marked 150 years of the Patrician Brothers’ dedication to education in India.
A role play depicted the selfless service and contributions of Patrician Brothers towards MSM and education.

INAUGURATION of the NEW LIBRARY!
It was an honour to have Mr. Himanshu Gupta, Secretary (CBSE) as our Chief Guest, gracing the occasion with his presence!
The inauguration ceremony was a beautiful blend of tradition and innovation, featuring:
Scripture reading from the Holy Books of Bhagvad Gita, Bible, Quran, and Guru Granth Sahib, symbolizing the universal pursuit of knowledge.
Ribbon-cutting and unveiling of a commemorative plaque, marking the beginning of a new chapter in our academic journey!
Felicitations to our brilliant Architect, Mr. Dev Jyoti Rudra, and diligent Contractor, Mr. Imran, who brought this vision to life!
We were also delighted to have our esteemed PTA representatives and the 1972 batch alumni join us in celebrating this milestone!
Our new library is a treasure trove of knowledge, waiting to be explored! With its state-of-the-art facilities and vast collection of books, it’s the perfect haven for book lovers and curious minds!

CELEBRATING COURAGE & VALOUR!
Today, February 3, 2025, marked a historic moment for Mount St. Mary’s School as we paid tribute to the indomitable spirit of our defence forces with a special ceremony.
The event was graced by our esteemed Chief Guest, Lt. Gen. Bhavnish Kumar, AVSM, VSM, GOC Delhi Area, a distinguished leader of the Indian Army who embodies courage, integrity, and service to the nation.
A decommissioned T-55 War Tank, an emblem of strength and resilience, was unveiled by our Chief Guest.
Our Activity Coordinator, Ms. Akanksha Rathi, provided insights into the history of the tank and its significance.
Our NCC cadets played a pivotal role in the event, showcasing their dedication and patriotism.
A heartfelt gratitude to our visionary Principal, Rev. Brother Tomy Varghese, for making this remarkable addition to our school. His unwavering commitment to instilling patriotism, innovation, and leadership among students continues to shape MSM’s legacy.
This day will be remembered as a proud chapter in our school’s history.
