BRO. BERGIN’S MUSIC MEET 2019

“Music gives a soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination and life to everything” Music- Sound Track of Life To prove this quotes the students and faculty of Mount St. Mary’s School burst into the melodies on 23rd August, 2019; the day our school hosted Bro. Bergin Music Meet. Schools from all over Delhi competed to show their musical talents. Mr. Indraneel Mukherjee, a music composer and singer was the honorable Chief Guest and Mr. Vishnu Kumar, Mrs. Richa Jain and Mrs. Rupali Chaudhary were the reputed judges for the Indian genre of music. Nine schools took part in Indian Music Competition. Almost all the trophies were bagged by Somerville School, Noida and they were eventually declared as the Overall Winners leading to much excitement and happiness all around. The second half of the day witnessed was Western Music Competition.Our chief guest for this event was Mr. Ritesh Khokhar. Mr. Khokhar is Chief Executive at Bridge Music Academy & Country Manager – India at RSL Awards. The judges for Western Music were Mr. A. Sreeram, Mr. Rouble Chaudhary and Mr. Mridul Luthra who spared their valuable time to be with us. Fr. Agnel School, New Delhi won the Overall Trophy for Western Music. Of all the schools that competed enthusiastically, Somerville, Noida won the overall trophy in this genre as well. Like every year, Bro. Bergin music meet came to a successful conclusion with a promise to meet in future .
