SCIENCE EXHIBITION
The annual school science exhibition was held with great enthusiasm and excitement, showcasing the creativity and innovative spirit of our young scientists. This year’s theme for the science exhibition was the same as this year’s theme: REFLECT, RENEW, RADIATE powered by G20. This aimed to
encourage students to explore scientific concepts related to energy and sustainability featuring a variety of projects, experiments and demonstrations, providing a platform for students to share their knowledge and discoveries. This year’s science exhibition was not an objective presentation of
science but a subjective one, including business models and psychological concepts. It was wise thought by our Principal Rev. Bro. Tomy Varghese to initiate this process and further justify that science is not only Physics, Chemistry and Biology but includes all that can be experimented and
worked upon.
The event began with the welcoming of the chief guest and the judges for the day. The chief guest was Dr. A K Mishra who is working as a scientist at Institute of Nuclear medicine and Allied Sciences, DRDO and Ministry of Defence, Govt. Of India. Our second Chief Guest Ms. Anshu Bharadwaj is
presently working as a Principal Scientist in the Division of Computer Application in ICAR-IASRI.
This was followed by the introduction of the science exhibition. The Masquerade club of our school in collaboration with the PSYNAPSE (psychology club) presented a skit on Depression and explained the concepts given by the infamous psychologist- Sigmund Freud. The skit was deeply enriched with
quality acting and justice to the concept. This was followed by the chief guest addressing the gathering and a vote of thanks. Further the audience that comprised of parents, judges and other students looked at all the exhibits and were awestruck by the innovations and ideas of our budding
scientists.
The science exhibition provided an excellent opportunity for students to delve into the world of science and technology. It not only fostered their curiosity and critical thinking but also encouraged them to explore sustainable solutions for a better future. The event was a great success, thanks to the
hard work and dedication of both the students and teachers along with support of the parents. The exhibition showcased the potential of young minds and the impact of scientific knowledge on society. It left the visitors inspired and hopeful about the possibilities that lie ahead in the field of science and
innovation. The event concluded with a sense of pride and achievement, as everyone acknowledged the effort put forth by the young scientists in making the exhibition a grand success.
