As an initiative to teach Yoga and Meditation to students and teachers across Delhi schools, the DoE launched the “999 challenge”.
Students of classes 6 to 8 of Mount St Mary’s School enthusiastically participated in the same, the campaign was launched on 18th April 2023.
The students performed 9 rounds of Surya Namaskar and 9 minutes of meditation for the next 9 days.
Marians wished for World Peace through this activity and also learnt a lesson at fitness.
