19th Bro. Aloysius Inter School English Recitation Competition

Beauty is the realm of poetry. 27^th August was a red-letter day for the young Marians of Classes Four and Five as Mount St. Mary’s School, Delhi Cantt. hosted the 19^th Bro. Aloysius Inter School English Recitation Competition. The Competition was curated with the Poetry recitals by budding and enthusiastic poets from 11 schools across Delhi. The Chief Guest for the day was Mr. Vikram Badhwar, a poetry enthusiast, a passionate dramatist and renowned theatre artist. The eminent judges were Dr. Ekta Saroha,Mr. Andrew Hoffland and Ms. Anju Dua, well known for their love for poetry and dramatization. The showstopper of the day was the Musical ‘When I Grow Up’, an amalgamation of Dance, Drama, Poetry and Music. Vasant Valley School won the Overall Rolling Trophy. The event ended with a rendition of a self-composed poem by the Chief Guest, Mr. Vikram Badhwar.
