Prayer Service – A Sacred Send-Off for Board Aspirants 2026

Prayer Service – A Sacred Send-Off for Board Aspirants 2026

On 11th February 2026, the school community gathered in an atmosphere of reverence to invoke divine blessings upon the students of Classes X and XII as they prepare to step into their Board Examinations.
The solemn ceremony commenced with the symbolic lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the Principal, Rev. Bro. Tomy Varghese, joined by Community Leader Rev. Bro. George PU, Rev.

Bro. William, and the coordinators — a radiant gesture signifying enlightenment, hope, and  divine guidance. The sacred ambience deepened with scriptural readings drawn from the Holy
Books, beautifully reflecting the spirit of unity in diversity and the universality of prayer.

The Offertory Prayer, led by the Senior School Coordinator, Mr. Geo Mathew, became a profound expression of gratitude and aspiration. In a meaningful symbolic gesture, students
offered representations of their holistic journey as Marians:

● Books and Stationery – Dedication to knowledge
● Musical Instruments – Celebration of creativity
● Digital Media – Spirit of innovation
● Flowers and Fruits – Purity and growth
● Canvas and Paintbrushes – Power of imagination
● Candle – Light of wisdom
● Clock – Value of time
● Camera – Cherished memories
● Sports Equipment – Strength and teamwork
● Sapling – Nurturing dreams
● School Uniform – Identity and pride

Each offering stood as a testament to the all-encompassing Marian formation — academic excellence, creative expression, physical vitality, and spiritual depth.

The melodious hymns rendered by the music teachers, Mr. Minlun and Mr. Biswajit, elevated the gathering into a soulful communion of gratitude and faith. The service concluded with
important examination guidelines shared by Ms. Himani Makkar, the Examination Head, followed by an inspiring address and heartfelt blessings from the Principal, Rev. Bro. Tomy
Varghese, who encouraged the students to move forward with confidence, courage, and unwavering trust in God.

The ceremony was not merely a prayer service, but a sacred pause – a luminous moment of grace before the pursuit of success.
